2. A2P SMS Campaign Compliance & Carrier Rules

To ensure full compliance with mobile network operators and Application-to-Person (A2P) 10-digit long code 

(10DLC) communication standards, Sensy Dental Labs enforces strict rules regarding mobile messaging:

• Explicit Consent (Opt-In): Mobile numbers and consent for text messaging are collected directly through 

explicit opt-in mechanisms (such as digital check-boxes or physical forms). Consent is never bought, rented, or inferred.

• Opt-Out Instructions: Users can opt out of mobile communications at any time by replying 'STOP' to any 

text message received from us. Upon receipt, communications will cease immediately.

• Help Queries: Users can reply 'HELP' to receive direct customer assistance and support contact 

information.

3. Absolute Third-Party Non-Sharing Clause

Sensy Dental Labs enforces a zero-tolerance policy against the commercialization of consumer personal data. No mobile opt-in data, phone numbers, personal consumer information, or health attributes collected through our campaigns or digital portals will be shared, sold, rented, or leased to outside third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Data processing and operational actions are strictly confined to internal environments or authorized vendor integrations operating under formal Business Associate Agreements (BAAs),ensuring complete regulatory

separation from external monetization networks.
